• Is there a minimum order?

    • Yes, there is a minimum order of $25.00.

  • Is there a fee??

    • Yes, there is a flat rate fee of $3.95 per order.

  • Can I use my Burkholder’s Rewards Card for Gas Points?

    • At this time, we do not have the ability to allow customers to enter their Loyalty card for Gas points. This is a feature we will have in the future. But for now, you can enter your Loyalty Card number in the “notes” section of your order. Then when we pick your order, we will add your points to your card upon completing the transaction. Of course, you can always call the store or visit customer service at any time and have them added to your account.

  • Can I buy sale items online for the same prices that they are in the store?

    • Yes! All items are priced the same on-line as they are in store, including sale items! Nothing is marked up! However, sale items must be ordered for pickup before the sale date expires.

  • What is the “provisional hold” I see added to my order at checkout?

    • We temporarily authorize your card for the higher of $5 or 10% of the item total. It helps account for charges like final sales tax and items sold by weight, or any additions you might make to your order after you place it. As soon as your order is complete, we charge your card for exactly what was in your final order.

  • How do I know when my order is ready?

    • You will receive an email notifying you that our order is being selected. You will also receive an email when your order has been completed and is ready for pickup, and will contain instructions for the pickup process.
